On November 11, Jen Thompson had the honor of participating in a special Yoga class taught by the fabulous Alma Dunnavant at City Yoga of Columbia. Alma had the generous idea to do this class as a fundraiser for Lighthouse for Life. She and all the supporters raised $1,200!!!!
Lighthouse for Life believes the BEST way to help is to plug in to your own gifts, passions, joys, talents and sphere of influence and Alma did just
that! She is an excellent of our philosophy of true volunteerism. The "Domino Effect" we try to encourage is also demonstrated in this because another
friend of Lighthouse for Life, Amanda Drinkall introduced Alma to the ministry to begin with and the rest is history.
How can you follow their powerful and simple examples to leverage your sphere of influence to fight against human trafficking? Have an idea? Give us a
call and let’s talk. 803-730-1054

We have received our license and contract from the Department of Social Services, recognizing Karis Home as a legal and operational safe home in SC.
We are also incredibly thankful for YOU and we wish you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.

Home. This will ensure a safe and consistent environment at all times for our residents which in turn will contribute greatly to their peace
of mind, safety and recovery.
